Directions to Quakertown center:

From Perkasie: Take Route 309 N. then turn left onto John Fries Hwy, (Route 663). Approximately 1 mile on your right hand side, you’ll see a blue sign for LifeQuest Nursing Center and a white LifeSpan sign (Across from Milford Commons), turn right onto that road and keep right until you come to a large white building labeled LifeSpan School and Daycare.
